A couple weeks ago, I got a request from the HubLA to write a post about the two recently-passed California law that officially recognize social enterprise as a distinct legal entity - the Benefit Corporation Legislation and the Flexible Purpose Law. I consider myself the luckiest lawyer around. Every day, I get to work with some of the most inspiring, cause-based people and companies there are to offer. And today, I get to officially welcome Wello to the Esse Law family.

A bit intimidating, a bit awkward.
